Flat Rate

 We charge by the job, not the hour, so there are no surprises when the job is finished! You'll know the price before we start. We'll come to your home and look at the work, then quote a firm price based upon the work to be done. There is a minor charge for the consultation, which will be waived if the job price is accepted.

 Service Contracts

We offer a simple yearly service contract at an affordable price. Our service contract includes an examination of your visible plumbing to determine whether future problems are likely to occur, for example, leaking supply tubes, weak and corroded traps, and so on. Our service contract customers always get our Value Rate! In addition, service contract customers get preferred service.

What We Do

Drain Cleaning

Main drains, floor drains, sink and tub drains, as well as unclogging toilets. We do it all.
